Wine with Fish/Seafood


This weekend we were blessed with good friends, family, good food, good wine and good times.

We picked up a bushel of Hood Canal Oysters (about 5 dozen) and served those grilled open on  the shell with a little butter, and Jeff’s secret sauce.

My palate likes white wines with all fish and seafood.  We paired our oysters with Tilden Peak Cellars -Edna Valley 2009 Grenache Blanc an outstanding selection and pairing!
